This 4+ bedroom property which is just blocks from the Heavenly Valley ski resort, and minutes from the lake, beach and casinos. An indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, home theater with 106' screen, billiard and poker tables and outdoor BBQ will keep guests entertained for days. This air-conditioned home boasts four bedrooms, five baths, gourmet kitchen and three outdoor decks, is available to small group of 6 adults with children age 5 and under. Secured wi-fi and cable TV, with premium channels, are included.
The bedrooms on the upper level consists of one master king bedroom suite , one king bedroom suite and one queen bedroom suite. The lower level has a bedroom suite with two queen beds, and a game room which include a bunk-bed for the kids. The arrangement is ideal for family gatherings.
The gourmet kitchen has a granite island/bar with stools, boasts all high quality appliances and is fully stocked with kitchen accessories to delight the best of gourmet chefs. Meals can be comfortably served on a 8-seater round dining table and a 6-seater convertible round game table.
Have fun in the ground floor entertainment area where you can splash into a private indoor heated pool for your early morning exercise, then choose between the steam room or sauna to warm-up. Next, watch Blue-Ray movies on the 106" screen in the home theater off the pool area, featuring 8 fully reclining theater chairs, with individual blankets.
An on-site housekeeper who occupies an Au-pair unit which has her own separate entrance, is available for assistance during your stay.

Summary: The house was amazing. It was clean and had plenty of bathrooms for a large group. The large home felt cozy and the location was great for skiing. The property manager was excellent to communicate with. I would 100% recommend this property.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Property was very spacious and clean. Very close to ski lift and the lake. Everything was as advertised. I hope to come back and stay again some day.

Summary: Overall the property was exactly as I expected. It’s a bit tired/worn , which you can see from the pictures. However the location is fantastic if you are planning to ski Heavenly. The pool and movie theater are nice to have to keep everyone entertained. Note that the bunk beds are very small and unstable. We were informed not to put anyone other than a very small toddler in them, which even that I was not comfortable doing. No issue for us though as we still had enough space.

Summary: We rented this house over Thanksgiving week and it was a great layout for our two families and grandma. Plenty of room options and great amenities. The WiFi went out while we were there and the owner found a tech guy to come the day before Thanksgiving to fix it. A couple things didn’t work great (sauna, fireplace) but overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is close to an easy hiking area with great views and a quick drive to town.

Summary: Four friends who had not seen each other since high school over 50 years ago got together to reminisce and make new memories. We picked the perfect property very close to everything, but quiet and beautiful. This property has everything you could possibly want and it was as advertised….no surprises. When we come back to Tahoe we will stay here again.

Summary: My husband and I, our adult kids and our infant grandchild all came from different states, and reunited for a wonderful week. We all enjoyed the pool (baby’s first swim!), sauna and hot tub, which was great for our chilly week! The house is large enough to all hang out, cook together, and play cards (loved the HUGE lazy susan!) Comfy beds, lots of TVs but even better, the media room, and 2 sets of washers & dryers! Location could not be better; minutes away from the busy casino area, the lakefront, shopping and restaurants, while also in a woodsy area close to trails. The owners and their host could not have been more helpful and responsive, and although the house is a bit old/tired, it just added to the sense of coziness. Kids all hope to return in the winter someday!

Summary: Just returned from an amazing week in Tahoe. The house was as great as described! We are a big family and our adult kids loved it. From the daily hot tub and indoor pool fun to watching movies in the theater room we couldn’t have had a more perfect fit.
